Per project we bring in exactly the right people for the right use case. From his years in the tech scene Sion has gathered people around him who deliver good work. He stays the architectural lead on every project, from start to finish.
Working with a tight budget? Then we also bring in offshore developers, for example from India, countries where Sion has a network. They are often highly educated professionals, and because Sion keeps the technical knowledge and architecture in hand, the quality stays right where it should be.
