Built a training platform for upcoming pilots

The client wanted to develop a training platform that would help upcoming pilots prepare for the KLMFA selectie. These selection procedures are known for their strict capacity tests and the client wanted a platform that would guide candidates through realistic practice modules while keeping everything clear and dependable. We built the entire platform around this goal.

About the project

The goal was simple. Give candidates the feeling of real testing conditions. We recreated the core modules used in official assessments.

We built modules that train logical reasoning, number pattern recognition, visual pattern insight, spatial awareness, basic arithmetic, and the ability to draw clear conclusions under pressure. All exercises reflect the style and difficulty found in the official selection. We put effort into making the tasks feel serious and calm so users can train with confidence.

Challenge

The main challenge was to translate complex test behaviour into a smooth digital environment. Many of these assessments require quick reactions, precision, and a focused mindset. We recreated timing, structure, and pressure without making the experience chaotic. This required careful scripting and a stable technical base.

To keep the training experience fresh, the platform uses a fully automated question generator that produces new variations for every exercise, removing repetition and reducing the need for the client to create content manually. Behind the scenes the backend handles heavy interactions with ease so candidates can train reliably on any device without slowdowns. Users authenticate through a secure system that tracks progress and keeps their training state intact. Payments run through Stripe, giving the client a steady onboarding flow and dependable subscription management with a checkout process that feels natural and trustworthy for every user.
