Approach
We started with a consult to define what we could build for them. We then built and implemented a data warehouse, an AI layer and a dashboard over 12 weeks.

When AI works and when it does not
Sometimes an LLM is the right answer, sometimes a simple script is more reliable and cheaper. We advise honestly on what fits and often build a combination: AI where it genuinely adds value, plain code for the rest.

An MCP layer on top of your BigQuery, CRM or internal tools, so AI only sees what it should. Row-level permissions, audit logs and no data leaking out. Models can run in the EU when compliance calls for it.
