For You Agency wanted a secure creator-fan platform where creators share exclusive content behind a paywall. We delivered a working whitelabel prototype with subscriptions, payouts and role-based access.
Challenge
A secure creator-fan platform where creators share exclusive content behind a paywall and fans subscribe for access, including creator onboarding, role-based access and payouts.
Approach
React app with Firebase for auth, database and storage, serverless functions for payment logic, and Stripe Checkout + Connect for subscriptions and creator payouts with platform fees. Strict Firestore rules across user, creator and admin roles.
Outcome
Working prototype with creator profiles, posts, stories, subscriptions and an admin panel, ready to pitch and scale toward production.
